How long does it take to deliver my order?

Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. For personalized gifts, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for production before shipping.

Can I customize a gift after placing the order?

Since we begin processing orders immediately, changes can only be made within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email for urgent modifications.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

We take great care in packaging, but if your gift arrives damaged, please share a photo of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery for a free replacement.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes. However, for highly personalized items, we require prepaid payments to begin the customization process.

Can I include a personalized message with the gift?

Absolutely! You can add a custom message during the checkout process, which we will print on a beautiful card and include with your surprise at no extra cost.

Is it possible to schedule a gift for a specific date?

While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout, and we will do our best to ensure it reaches your loved ones on their special day.
